Preset torque wrench TSN with slipping mechanism 1 … 125Nm.
Their operation is based on the slipping principle – when torque is achieved, the torque wrench slips freely, completely eliminating the possibility of overtightening.
They need to be adjusted using a calibration device or they can be delivered calibrated by Adexx.
Intended for use on production lines or precision assembly applications, where the same value of the torque is used for long periods of time.
The preset principle eliminates the condition that the operator performs the adjustment and also eliminates the possibility of modifying the torque.
Available also in variants with signal output possibility at the torque’s reach (for PLC).
Slipping only in CW direction (CCW on request).
Models up to 25Nm approved for use in ESD sensitive environments.
